How I Think
Good design begins with understanding people before proposing solutions. I focus on learning who users are, what they need to accomplish, and where friction exists before shaping structure or interface decisions.
I design within real-world constraints. Timelines, technical realities, and business goals aren’t barriers — they create clarity when acknowledged early and designed around intentionally.
I care about outcomes more than artifacts. Design isn’t finished when it looks polished; it’s finished when it works in practice. I value testing, iteration, and learning from real use to improve what’s been built.
